The bonds with our clients and their families is a must to providing the best care possible. Our in-home nurses are assigned to limited clients. This allows the continuum of care and develop a much needed trust between the nurse and the client. Our nurses are responsible for medication administration, medication monitoring, patient assessment, adapting to each individual client needs and other duties as assigned per the care plan. Strengths in communication skills and documentation are a must. Nurses report to the Nurse Administrator for continued care to each client.

Salary: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
