As a Retail Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, promote and sell products, and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. Store requirements

• Setting an excellent standard for the store presentation and working to achieve your sales goals.
• To be on the floor driving customer satisfaction and elevating their wardrobe through suggestive selling.
• Responsible for customer follow-through with special orders and customers and increasing store loyalty.
• To drive performance and growth through excellent operational and commercial execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be on the shop floor when a customer arrives
• Provide customer requests and feedback to coworkers
• Maintain a neat & gorgeous environment, ensuring excellent Merchandising throughout the store
• Lead, inspire, and manage your time wisely
• Have excellent product knowledge
• Retain a strong understanding of products and optimize sales from the available inventory
• Nurture customer relationships
• Build and cultivate our regular customer base by keeping up with your PT book
• Drive store performance and productivity with your sales goals
• Build and maintain a website with new products
• Ensure you follow the policies and written plan

Job Type: Part-time and full-time 

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Plus commission can average 25-35 hour
