We are looking for a flexible, versatile, and open-minded Sales Associate with marketing experience to expand our sales, customer base across the United States, and bring fresh marketing ideas for our company. Our position is not purely a sales job, but a position that will focus on many different projects to help grow Green APU.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies: Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base. Make calls following new leads and follow-ups.
• Market analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
• Sales process optimization: implement best practices
• Customer relationship management: Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Travel: Travel for potential new leads as well as for trade shows (We cover work travel expenses).
Requirements:
• Two or more years of sales experience. Trucking industry experience (Preferred).
• Communication skills.
• The ability to work as part of a team is a must. Strong interpersonal skills.
• Independent and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience in marketing (Preferred).
• Must be willing to travel for new leads and current customers, as well as for trade shows. A valid Driver’s License.
Job Type: Full-Time w/Benefits.

Salary: Up to $45,000/year base pay depending on experience plus commission.
Work Location: This is not a remote job. While there will be travel, this is an in-person job. We are located in Lemont, IL.
