Signature Gathering Candidates Needed!

 

Are you a passionate Democrat in New York looking to make a difference in the upcoming elections? Join our team as a Paid Petitioner Canvasser and help us gather signatures to support Democratic candidate in Queens!

 

As we gear up for the upcoming democratic primary elections, we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team and engage with voters across western Queens.

Position: Paid Petitioner Canvasser

Location: Western Queens

Duration: Immediate Start

Pay: $25-30 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with voters door-to-door or in high traffic pedestrian areas to collect signatures for Democratic candidate.
  • Provide information and answer questions about the candidates and their platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and collected signatures.
  • Meet signature quotas and work towards campaign goals.
  • Assist with data entry and reporting as needed.

Requirements:

  • Registered Democrat in the state of New York.
  • Comfortable speaking with strangers and canvassing door-to-door.
  • Proficient in data entry.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Available to work 4-hour shifts, with flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Previous canvassing or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for Democratic values and political activism.

Schedule:

  • 4-6 hour shift
  • Afternoon shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
