SUMMARY

In the Care Partner position, you will be working on a team of Care Partners, who are responsible for assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). You may work with some residents living with dementia and/or memory-impaired, with chemical dependency, or similar issues under the direction of the Care Manager/Director of Resident Services. Your responsibilities will include following various residents' care plans and providing care on an as-needed basis. You may also provide emotional support and enrichment while monitoring the resident’s health and notify management of any changes in condition
