Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds
• Assist with outbound and inbound agronomy products
• Ensure Safety compliance.
• Maintain & record maintenance of any/all equipment
• Properly mix and bag feed.
• Provide courteous customer service.
• Operate all equipment & vehicles according to COFC policy and procedure along with all local, state, and federal laws.
• Properly load/unload trucks
• Properly load railcars
• Operate various equipment
• Perform minor maintenance and greasing of equipment
• Assist with cleaning of bins and silos

Required Qualifications

• Must have good attendance
• Must be safety minded
• Must be able to meet and work with strict deadlines
• Must possess a strong attention to detail
• Must have good communication skills
• Initiative to work independently and also in a team environment
• Adaptable, self-starter, dependable
• Must be able to work outside
• Must have an acceptable motor vehicle record. No OVI, DUI or more than two (2) points on record.
• Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
