Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to play a significant role in supporting our investment banking activities. The successful candidate will be involved in financial analysis, market research, deal execution, and client management across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative financial analysis, including building detailed financial models and valuations.
• Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in various industries.
• Support the deal execution process, including preparing pitch books, coordinating with clients and other stakeholders, and managing transaction documentation.
• Participate in the due diligence process, gathering and analyzing financial data and legal documents.
• Develop presentations and other materials for client meetings and internal strategy discussions.
• Collaborate with senior bankers, associates, and other team members on a variety of projects.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ) is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
• Previous internship or work experience in investment banking or related field is preferred but not required.
