JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Main responsibilities: follow a route to care for plants in homes, offices, restaurants, hotels etc. Design and plant exterior porch pots Procure plants, materials and additional labor as needed. Training, swag and van provided.
• Business development: Research new commercial and residential construction, and architect/contractor build-outs to bring in new business. 
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace and ability to create proposals using Google slides or power point. 
• Self-starter willing to set goals and work to achieve them. Open, honest and capable of addressing inefficiencies and recommending changes for the betterment of the business, clients and team members. 
  
  Enthusiastic, positive team player willing to participate in all facets of the company when needed and with a desire to learn and grow!
   
• Benefits and base salary negotiable.
• 7% commission on new business
