Best Option Restoration is looking for a team player who cares about quality and has basic construction 
knowledge.
Water Damage Restoration Technicians are responsible for handling water, wind, fire, mold, and other 
basic construction duties. Duties will include but are not limited to demolition, content manipulation, and 
water & fire mitigation. A technician is responsible for fast response to emergency water, fire, mold, or 
other clean up calls and must be willing to be on call evenings, weekends, and holidays. Our business is 
based on 24/7/365 response. 
Required Skills:
- Great presentation with a positive attitude. Able to perform specific job duties. Outstanding 
personal skills and ability to think on your feet is a necessity. 
- Availability to be called on emergency after hours and weekend jobs. 
Minimum job requirements:
- Be comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics.
- Be able to pass a background check
- Clean driving record
