Role: Cannabis Production Associate

At Made in Xiaolin our mission is to achieve excellence in crafting cannabis lifestyle products through creativity and integrity. We have a small, educated team, highly dedicated to the craft of rolling high end products and are looking for someone who is motivated, creative, and organized to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Work closely with management and other team members to produce final products from raw materials

· Maintain orderly workstations

· Prepare and maintain the quality of raw materials

· Ensure the advocated process and schedule is properly followed

· Carefully document all necessary information

· Stay compliant with all Colorado marijuana regulations

· Be open to learning new techniques

· Log waste daily in Waste Log

· Develop new products and improve methods and efficiency

· Quality assurance on all products to be ready for consumption

· Actively maintain knowledge of all Xiaolin products as well as cannabis industry knowledge

· Practice clean hygiene, and maintain a groomed appearance

· Complete Opening/Closing tasks daily

· Receive material , measure, and weigh out product

· Daily cleanup of production room & areas used

· Hit monthly/quarterly/annual targets to maintain operations and continue to grow

· Develop systems for high performance within a small team

· Represent the company in a professional and personal manner

· Work closely with other departments (Marketing and Executive)

Minimal Requirements:

-Must have valid badge from the Colorado MED or willing to get one ASAP

-Must be able to sit, stand, and bend for long periods of time

-Must have reliable transportation and the ability to commute to Evergreen, Co.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
