Summary:  Prepares and serves cocktails, serves food items in the bar area, and updates member accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

• Greet and serve customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and other beverages for customers and servers in accordance with standard recipes.
• Prepare all condiments to garnish drink orders.
• Takes food orders and enter them into computer POS system.
• Apply knowledge of the full menu, beverages and other restaurant information such as club hours and types of payment.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary bar.
• Check and maintain stock of glassware, beverages and bar supplies and communicate shortages to appropriate person.
• Assists with answering the telephone, taking messages and reservations.
• Record member transactions accurately on computer.
• Process charge transactions through charge transmittal machine and print, review and submit a daily activity report to the Manager.
• Complete all assigned opening and closing duties to prepare bar for efficient operation.
• Communicate health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to management.
• Maintain updated customer copies of receipt in front of guests at all times.
• Assist Manager with inventory of wine/beer/liquor.
