We are seeking a reliable receptionist for a busy real estate office in a private Boca Raton country club community. The successful candidate will meet and greet incoming clients and provide hospitality for guests. You will undertake administrative tasks to support the in-house sales team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, welcoming, and confident while working with little supervision. You'll be self-motivated and trustworthy. This is an excellent training position for a future real estate professional.
Responsibilities
· You will greet incoming clients with hosting responsibilities
· Manage phone calls and correspondence
· Interface with incoming client requests
· Computer data entry
· Assist agents with paperwork
· Notify agents of incoming messages or client needs
· Enter client information into the online database
· Perform administrative tasks, as necessary
· Assist the team whenever necessary
· Order and stock supplies
· Maintain membership marketing materials
· General office upkeep duties
Skills
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities; friendly and engaging with a hospitality mindset
· Energetic and friendly phone voice; speak clear English
· Able to learn new computer software and fulfill daily computer data entry.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Work Suite; Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Drive, etc.
· Able to create, upload, download, import and export various file types across different platforms
Requirements
