Work a flexible schedule and join a company that values their employees’ health and happiness!</p><p>Park Cities Pet Sitter is the most experienced, awarded, and trusted pet sitting company in the Metroplex, since 1992!<strong> </strong>We are locally owned and operated, and our goal is to care for our staff, so they take care of all clients, four-legged or otherwise.</p><p><strong>A day in the life of a pet sitter:</strong></p><ul><li>Care for pets and client’s homes, typically within a 7-mile radius from your home</li><li>Feed, water, play, and occasionally medicate pets.</li><li>Scoop litter and clean up any potty accidents or hairballs.</li><li>Get your daily steps in the best way by walking dogs, or even possibly a cat.</li><li>Do house checks for clients without pets, including retrieving mail, watering plants, etc.</li><li>Maintain client and pet records via our on-line software.</li><li>Communicate with our office staff, other sitters, and clients throughout the day via phone, text and email.</li></ul><p><strong>We are looking for PART TIME & FULL TIME team members in the following zip codes:</strong> </p><p>75201, 75202, 75204, 75205, 75206, 75209, 75214, 75218, 75219, 75220, 75223, 75225, 75226, 75228, 75229, 75230, 75231, 75235, 75238, 75240, 75243, 75244, 75246, 75251</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Have experience and <strong>LOVE</strong> animals of all shapes and sizes.</li><li>Live in or near the areas we service.</li><li>At least 21 years old, and agree to a criminal background check.</li><li>Are dependable, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic.</li><li>Capable of walking/handling various breeds/sizes of dogs, cats, and other pets.</li><li>Have 24/7 access to a reliable car, hold a valid driver’s license, and have proof of current auto insurance.</li><li>Must have and be able to navigate a smartphone by using apps, texting, and email.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation & Purrrks:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>$18 - $20 + per hour</strong>, including drive time, plus gratuities (on average).</li><li>PTO (paid time off) available for all staff.</li><li>Paid subscription to a tele-doc service.</li><li>Flexible schedule & ability to work close to your home.</li><li>Ongoing paid training, including Pet First Aid & CPR.</li><li>Discount if your own pets need pet sitting services.</li><li>BONUS: All the slobbery kisses, nose boops, furry cuddles, and purrs you can handle!</li></ul><p>If you feel you meet the requirements listed above, apply now to start your pet care career.
