Bin There Dump That is a well-established, growing small business located in Anchorage. Our mission is to provide an exceptional dumpster rental experience and top notch customer service for our clients

We are looking for an experienced customer-service oriented representative who values client relationships and will go the extra mile to provide the best possible experience for our current and future clients.

As a Sales and Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive outstanding customer service. Your duties will include:

• Building sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Dispatch/Follow-Up with Dumpster Delivery Experts
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Collaborating with the Office Manager/Owner to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture that values hard work, continuous improvement, and mutual support.
• Attending outside marketing events when necessary

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Strong phone skills and active listening
• Proficient working with Microsoft, Google, Dropbox and other computer programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Marketing experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a successful background check
