```Duties:```
- Provide personal care to patients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions if applicable.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a hygienic environment.

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in home health care or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of hospice care, dementia care, assisted living, and memory care is a plus.
- Ability to administer medication accurately and safely.
- Familiarity with tube feeding systems is desired.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and their families.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to providing care.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
