Guided by the mission of the YMCA, the Lifeguard is responsible for the protection and the overall safety of the patrons at the aquatic facility. Lifeguards have a moral, professional and legal obligation to prevent accidents and incidents by enforcing the rules and regulations of the aquatic setting.

Minimum Age: 15
Part-time: $12.00 per hour
Certs/Licenses: YMCA Lifeguard or nationally recognized Lifeguard certification (American Red Cross, Ellis, Beach Lifeguard or Boy Scouts of America); CPR for the Professional Rescuer/AED, and First Aid Certifications required.
Criminal background check and drug test are required.
