We specialize in crafting bold, handcrafted wines, from Pinot Noir to Petite Sirah, and are seeking a Cellar/Production Winery Associate to play a vital role in our success.

In this hands-on role, you'll:

• Become an integral part of the winemaking process: Clean equipment, transfer wines, manage fermentations, and assist with bottling.
• Embrace the rhythm of the seasons: Prune and maintain our 5-acre vineyard, mow, weed, and contribute to keeping our grounds immaculate.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment: Work alongside a passionate team, learning from experienced professionals and contributing your unique talents.

We're looking for someone who:

• Drives for results: You're committed to achieving goals and exceeding expectations.
• Is physically capable and enjoys working outdoors: Be ready to lift, move, and get your hands dirty (sometimes literally!).

• Possesses strong communication skills: English proficiency is required, with bilingualism (especially Spanish) a plus.

Bonus points for:

• Forklift or tractor experience
• Prior experience in the wine industry
