Hello,

I'm looking for a sale's person to generate DJ gig leads & close them/get them into contract. Think: Wedding, Divorce, Corporate, Christmas Party, Birthday, Grand Opening, Graduation, Music on the Mountain, etc.

I need your help to both generate DJ/gig leads & close those leads.

When a gig gets into contract & the deposit lands, you get paid.

Simple as that.

This is a commission-only 1099 sale's gig.

You get 10% of each closed/signed & deposited contract + 10% of repeat business/contract extensions for 12 months.

Your pay come from the 20% deposit.

Contracts right now range from $600 - $1,200 apiece; so $60 - $120/sale.

 

That said, you're encouraged to quote higher prices - if you quote a higher price and it's signed & the deposit is paid, that's proportionally more pay in your pocket.
 

How does that work? I'm the owner of the company, JMAN Productions, I'm also the DJ / Sound Guy / Light Guy / I'm providing the service, so we can work together to provide value to our customers, e.g. if a customer is willing to sign a $5,000 contract for X, Y, and Z services, that may I don't currently offer, say a Photo Booth, we can work together - I can source a photo booth or even buy one - an investment into the business, to make it happen. The customer receives tremendous value, I get a paid gig, and you get paid proportionally for your upsell; that's a win-win-win.

I also mentioned earlier, if a customer/client provides repeat business, you will get 10% of those contracts as well, for 12 months.

e.g. If you land me a $400 Every Saturday bar gig, that'll be $40/week for you - and if the bar extends that contract, you'll likewise get 10% of that extension.

You get me work/paid, I get you paid.

I'm just terrible at selling myself.

You don't even have to be a sale's person - if you just have some friends getting married & they book me && say you referred them, 10% goes to you, One-and-Done, A-Ok.
