We are seeing seeking a full-time Office Assistant. Office Assistant performs essential administrative job functions including handling incoming customer calls, processing orders and managing daily office needs. This position is 40 hrs per week. Essential job functions include:

  • Receive incoming customer phone calls and schedule sales consultations and installations.
  • Processing customer credit cards and checks.
  • Recording and updating customer order information in the CRM database.
  • Confirming jobs have been completed and processing final information.
  • Following up with customers with service-related issues.
  • Looking up customer order status information and informing customers.
  • Coordinates the flow of events with vendors, clients, and staff.
  • Exhibit strong customer service; conduct business in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Assist with clerical projects such as large mailings and file organization.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills to include effective utilization of e-mail, and electronic calendars, Meeting CRM Software, Word, and Excel.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Ability to deliver superior service to all internal and external customers and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with clients and employees at all times.
  • Ability to successfully perform position requirements with excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team; ability and willingness to adapt to changing business demands.
  • Ability to produce the acceptable amount of work efficiently and accurately; ability to produce a quality final work product.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 6-8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Office Administration: 3 year (Preferred)

License:

  • Driver's License (Required)
