Our teams are responsible for helping communities by giving away federally funded Android smartphones with free service to qualifying households through the Lifeline program

Leads will typically operate an outdoor information table, engage in direct marketing to members of the community, and assist customers with the application process for a free phone. They will manage applications, equipment, and inventory, as well as manage a small team of no more than 4 Sales Reps. Qualifications:

• Ability to work with our trainers to learn new skills and try new things.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Be friendly and engaging with ALL members of the community.
• Outgoing personality and able to approach potential customers to pitch our service to everyone you meet.
• Door-to-door, canvassing, brand ambassador, retail sales, or other relevant experience is a plus (not required)

Requirements:

• Must have reliable vehicle with valid insurance
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to drive self and small team of up to 4 agents to work locations daily (Philly, Reading, Easton, Harrisburg)
• Must be comfortable working outside (95% of work is performed outside)
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to stand or walk for at least an hour at a time and be able to lift 30lbs
• Must be able to work independently while meeting expectations.
