Production Artist - Headwear

Company Description:
Ivory Headwear is a leading custom headwear and embroidery company offering two core services, domestic embroidery and custom offshore. We pride ourselves on creativity, quality, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a skilled Production Graphic Artist to join our dynamic team. This position focuses on creating custom hat mockups using Adobe Illustrator.

Job Summary:
As a Production Graphic Artist, you will play a crucial role in our design process, creating visually compelling mockups of custom hats for our clients. You will work closely with the domestic and custom embroidery managers to ensure that each mockup meets our high standards for creativity, accuracy, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to work 40 hours a week.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the position.

• Time Management.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills, particularly in apparel or accessories.
• Experience in creating mockups and understanding of the production process for custom apparel.
• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for color, composition, and typography.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for design and innovation.
• Associates Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred but not required with relevant work experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
