As a Residential Roofing Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a residential roofing project from beginning to end. This includes planning, organizing, and executing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Our ideal candidate has excellent project management skills along with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and their team members. We also prefer that this candidate has a strong background in residential roofing.

Key responsibilities include:

Project Planning:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their roofing needs and preferences.
- Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate the scope of work and potential challenges.
- Coordinate labor and materials for all projects.

Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage roofing crews and subcontractors.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment to enhance productivity.

Estimating:
- Create and manage project estimates.
- Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report estimate variances.

Quality Control:
- Maintain quality control standards throughout the project.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the work meets Main Roofing Co. standards and client expectations.
- Address and resolve any issues or defects promptly.
- Customer Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, keeping them informed about project progress.
- Address customer concerns and provide timely updates on any changes to the project plan.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Understanding of budgeting and estimating
- Ability to perform inspections on sloped roofs.
