JOB SUMMARY

In the Care Partner position, you will be working on a team of Care Partners, who are responsible for assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) on the Assisted Living side of the community. You may work with some residents living with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and/or memory-impaired, with chemical dependency, or similar issues under the direction of the Care Manager/Director of Resident Services. Your responsibilities will include following various residents' care plans and providing care on an as-needed basis. You may also provide emotional support and enrichment while monitoring the resident’s health and notify management of any changes in condition.
