Job Description: We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Project Manager to join our team. As a Sales Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the sales and installation process and ensuring successful project execution. This role requires a combination of strong project management skills, sales expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities:
• Schedule and manage appointments for client consultations.
• Inspect, measure, identify, and document homes for storm damage.
• Understand insurance paperwork and steps to filing claims.
• Use information collected during inspection and aerial measurements to prepare estimates & Contracts.
• Assist with helping the client through the lifecycle of an insurance claim.
• Guide client through material selections
• Communicate expectations, timelines, and other info to homeowners in a professional manner.
• Maintain organization and upload required documents on the company’s internal programs.
• Conduct follow up once jobs are complete to ensure job satisfaction and ask for reviews and referrals.
• Always represent the company professionally
• Adhere to safety standards.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
• Attend regular trainings.


Requirements
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable with using ladder and getting on roofs.
• Ability to manage email, calendar, and CRM systems and technology.
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Organization skills to manage several clients and projects at once.
• Accountable and reliable


Job Types: W2, Full-time


Salary:
Commission - $95,000.00 - $250,000.00+
