Meadowlane Christian School seeks a Lead Educator to fill a position from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday through Thursday.

*Job Requirements:**
• Designing and executing daily lesson plans
• Implementing Handwriting Without Tears and Lively Letters phonics programs
• Exemplifying and teaching Christian principles while ensuring a secure classroom setting
*Duties/Responsibilities:**
• Develop and execute a dynamic curriculum based on emerging interests
• Monitor and record children's progress and milestones
• Arrange and conduct parent-teacher meetings
• Compile and distribute weekly newsletters to keep families informed about classroom activities.
Early Childhood Degree preferred.
