We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products

- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns

- Assist with product demos and provide recommendations based on customer needs

- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays

- Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets

- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service

- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling cash

- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus

- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is an advantage

- Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, taxes, and sales totals

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
