"Head Cheerleading Coach"

N Zone Sports CenTex, the nation's premier youth sports organization, is seeking an enthusiastic head cheer coach who loves working with children ages 2-14. The position requires 4-5 hours every Saturday from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. for a group of 10-15 participants in 4 different groups for eight consecutive week seasons.

The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to the development of youth cheerleaders. This position has long-term growth potential. The head cheer coach's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

-Planning, organizing, and directing the youth cheer program.

-Planning and executing all practice sessions and performances.

-Teaching fundamentals of cheer in a manner that children can feel comfortable.

-Choreographing routines and music.

-Communicating effectively with parents.

Requirements:

-In-depth knowledge and experience in cheerleading. Previous head cheer coaching experience or competitive experience preferred.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Professional in appearance and conduct.

$$$ Pay will depend on experience $$$
