Lake Beulah Country Club is looking for cooks to join our growing team!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited too;
· Work with the Head Chef and other members of the team
· Setting up the lines, stocking inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards.
· Ensure the prep station is set up and stocked
· Report to the head chef and follow instructions and recipes.
· Make sure the kitchen and food storage areas meet health and safety standards.
· Prepare food orders according to specifications by using the approved recipes and proper portioning controls.
· Conduct visual tests to ensure food is of the highest quality.
Experience;
· Previous restaurant cooking experience is helpful, but not required
· Food knowledge regarding safe temperatures to consume
· Must have dexterity for handling knives and commercial cooking equipment
· Excellent food safety and sanitation practices.
Job Type: Part-Time, will grow to be Full-Time
Pay: Negotiable
Experience Level: 0-1 Year
Weekly Day Range: Wednesday through Sunday.
