We are looking to add 1-3 more Licensed Massage Therapists to join us at Ebb & Flow. Saturdays & Sundays are a MUST so please don't apply if you're unable to work weekends!

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING:

-$40-45 per session with 100% of gratuities(tips averaging $20/hour session). $40 for Integrative Massage is the least you'll make, with the rest of our services(Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone) paying a rate of $45/hour, regardless of any discounts we may be offering

-Sheets & laundry service provided, along with lotion & everything else needed to perform a massage

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

-Responsible, punctual, friendly, clean massage therapists

-Saturday/Sunday availability

-Two years minimum of professional experience preferred

-3-4 days/week, 4 hrs massage/day(more available if desired but not required)

-Licensed & insured to practice in NC

-Ability to perform up to 120 minute session of Deep Tissue massage

-Fundamental understanding of anatomy & physiology

-Good at listening to & meeting clients' therapeutic needs

-Skilled at deep tissue/ hot stone/ prenatal/ chair/ hot towels & aromatherapy

-Gets along with other massage therapists; understands basic human respect

- Sense of kindness & generosity when working with others

-Good communication & boundaries

-Someone who wants to make Ebb & Flow their "work home"
