Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various teams, including property management, legal, and finance departments.

Qualifications:

  • Active knowledge in sales and sales activities. We are in the sales business, but not "sales-people". We are licensed professionals helping clients transact. This is a concept that any new agent must understand.
  • Must complete a 40-hour real estate class and pass the state exam.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and financial statements.
  • Knowledge of real estate law, property management principles, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, enabling effective task prioritization.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all work.
