Horse Farm Feeder and Horse Care (Raleigh)

compensation: $15+/hr depending on experience

MacNair's Country Acres is a Hunter/Jumper Horse Farm facility located on 150 acres in Raleigh. We are in search of a PART time feeder to work on a team and assist us in providing top quality care of our horses.
Applicant must be:
18 years or older
Have own transportation
Be able to lift 50 lbs
Experience working with horses is REQUIRED
Ability to drive tractors is a plus but not required (willingness to learn preferred).

IMPORTANT: All applicants must be willing to be background-checked

Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide a safe environment for the horses and clients by making horse care a top priority
Feed, hay, water, turnout, administer medicine, general horse health care
Communicate and treat minor horse health issues.
