SharQui, Ltd., is a global bellydance fitness company that offers workouts for the consumer and certifications for the teacher. We provide a virtual studio with 60+ classes monthly as well as comprehensive step-by-step certifications of the SharQui format and business mentorship for creating profitable teaching buisnesses. Our mission is to bring joy back to exercise for the consumer and help teachers thrive in their teaching careers. 

Purpose of Role:

We are on the hunt for a passionate and dedicated Social Media Manager with a flair for creativity and innovation for the bellydance, dance and fitness industries. This role calls for a highly organized, reliable, and enthusiastic individual who thrives on teamwork and is eager to contribute to the growth of our vibrant company. Excelling in this role means being an outstanding communicator, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to our weekly meetings, and supporting our founder, along with her dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility and engagement across all platforms.

• Content Creation & Scheduling: Craft compelling content and schedule weekly posts 3-5x per week across all platforms.

• Weekly Emails & Blogs: Take charge of creating and scheduling weekly emails, along with formatting and posting these emails as blogs on the SharQui website.

• Inbox Management: Efficiently manage the email inbox, ensuring responses are friendly, professional, and timely to maintain positive customer relations.

• Virtual Studio Management: Scheduling the monthly virtual studio classes on Zoom and managing the subs for instructors.

• Event Promotion: Create and manage Facebook events to promote upcoming classes, workshops, and live events, maximizing attendance and engagement.

• Product Management: Oversee and update current product listings on the SharQui website using Kartra and ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience or interest in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within the bellydance, dance or fitness industry.
• Strong understanding of social media metrics and tools for effective content management and analysis.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content.
• High level of organization and time management skills, with a knack for multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools, WordPress, Zoom and Kartra is a plus.
