Procare Property Services is currently seeking a dedicated Landscape Leader to join our team. This position is Full-Time and based in our main office. Please note, this is not a Remote Job.

We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about landscaping and has a strong work ethic. As a Landscape Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing landscaping projects and ensuring that they are completed to the highest standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead landscaping projects from start to finish
• Supervise a team of landscapers and provide guidance and support
• Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
• Inspect and maintain landscaping equipment
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide updates on project progress
• Implement safety procedures and protocols on job sites

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques and best practices
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
