```Duties``` - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities - Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment - Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations - Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns ```Experience``` - Previous experience in babysitting, caregiving, or working with children in a daycare or preschool setting - Knowledge of toddler care, infant care, and preschool education principles - Familiarity with special education practices is a plus - Ability to engage and educate young children through creative and interactive activities - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues - First aid certification is preferred Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
