Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Appointment Generation Specialists.

This role involves engaging with homeowners through door-to-door interactions, with the aim of generating appointments for our consultation team. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people every day, and are looking for significant earning potential without direct sales responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Visit residential areas to introduce our company and services.
• Engage homeowners in conversations about their home improvement needs.
• Secure appointments for our consultation team to provide further information and services.
• Maintain accurate records of daily interactions and appointments.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
• Must have access to reliable transportation for daily travel within the assigned region.

Compensation:

• Competitive compensation structure.
• Our team members typically earn between $4,000 to $7,000 per month, based on performance and the number of appointments generated.
