Contract, remote, part-time positions which are project-based; must be available to be onsite for events
2+ years experience coordinating large events; certification is a plus; pay commensurate with experience
Attendee Coordinator
- Manage bridal couple/guest registrations, oversee attendee communications before/during/after the event, ensure a smooth check-in process at the welcome/information table, and coordinate VIP arrangements
Entertainment Coordinator
- Organize the entertainment schedule, liaise with performing exhibitors, oversee technical requirements, and strive to create an engaging attendee experience
Exhibit Hall Coordinator
- Oversee the exhibit floor layout design, organize the set-up/tear-down of the exhibit space, direct the move in/out of exhibits, and troubleshoot any exhibit issues during the event
Exhibitor Coordinator
- Manage communications with exhibitors, oversee exhibitor contracts, coordinate booth assignments, address inquiries, and be the liaison with vendors during the event
Fashion Show Coordinator
- Secure bridal dress and menswear vendors, oversee modeling casting, coordinate rehearsals, handle show logistics, and ensure a seamless execution of the show
Venue Logistics Coordinator
- Work with the venue owners to set-up/tear-down event site, coordinate event décor, oversee exhibitor and attendee parking, maintain an inventory of event supplies, and manage overall venue logistics
