Job Summary: Account Manager will assist the Producer in performing all aspects of day to day insurance customer service. This requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of various computer programs, and basic accounting. Attention to detail and good time management skills are essential to this position.

Essential Duties:

· Handles telephone calls of all types.

· Attention to detail and good time management skills.

· Data entry on agency management system.

· Processes new and renewal accounts

· Handles normal account service activity

· Works closely with Producers and other Account Managers.

· Performs additional assigned duties as necessary.

Requirements:

· Prior Insurance experience is desirable, but not necessary

· Holds or able to obtain Oregon Insurance Producer License.'
