Maintenance Technician is a Full time position, responsibilities would be getting a vacant apartment ready for move-in. This could include repairing minor plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, and checking operations of all mechanics of the apartment. 

Some experience is a must, and looking to hire immediately.

Will train qualified applicants. 

Pay range - $37k - 45K
