Reports to: Director of Operations

Your New Role:
Are you ready to be at the heart of innovation and design? As our next Project Manager/Mechanical Designer, you'll take the reins on managing the lifecycle of diverse water and wastewater projects, from the drawing board to final acceptance.

What You'll Do:

  • Become the Project Guru: Dive deep into project specs, proposals, pricing, and more, becoming the go-to expert.
  • Lead with Vision: Direct all project facets, from CAD and documentation to programming and start-up.
  • Design & Innovate: Take charge of technical design, researching equipment to meet specs or function, and overseeing drafting and material BOMs.
  • Financial Acumen: Manage the project budget, ensuring profitability through careful planning and execution.
  • Strategic Planning: Prioritize tasks, schedule resources, and conduct project meetings and site visits as necessary.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with engineers, contractors, and customers, enhancing project success and uncovering new opportunities.
  • Communicate Proactively: Ensure seamless internal and external communication, reporting accurately on project progress and deviations.

  • Holding a BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or possessing relevant experience.
