Inspire is looking to add a Registered Behavior Technician to the team. The position is M-F 9:00AM-5:00PM. Start date will be end of February or early March.

Our company is seeking a high-energy, team-player Registered Behavior Technician to work with children who have developmental disabilities and behavioral needs. Registered Behavior Technicians ™ (RBTs ®) are responsible for assisting behavior analysts in the direct implementation of behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans for a vast array of patients. The behavior technician candidate will assist patients with achieving their outcomes through daily treatment implementation, monitoring of behavior, and collecting data on patient’s progress. They are also responsible for interacting with caregivers and other treating providers related to the care of their patients. Other duties may include clerical and administrative duties.
To be successful in this role, you must have a compassionate nature and show empathy and discretion in your work. You should have excellent communication and time management skills and be able to develop and maintain relationships with patients, supervisors, and colleagues. Prior experience in home-based healthcare, behavior analysis is advantageous.

· Implement clinical protocols and written instructions as prescribed by the supervising behavior analyst.
· Provide direct patient intervention in a 1:1 setting utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training opportunities related to skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
· Collect and record data pertaining to patient progress, parent participation and observable client behavior.
· Assist in training, assessments and material preparation as directed by the behavior analyst.
· Effectively communicate with the parents regarding patient progress as instructed by the supervising behavior analyst.
· Participate in ongoing training in order to perform job responsibilities to current standards of care.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapeutic environment.
· Maintain patient confidentiality.
