Provide services, including transporting as needed for assigned residents, including but not limited to scheduling and attending appointments to meet the needs of the residents, i.e., education, medical, dental, psychological evaluation, psychiatric and medical hospital admittance, local juvenile authority, family visits, etc.
Collect data from Common Application and Psychological and enter them into Extended Reach, profile sheets, and tracking boards.
Pull data to compile a list for the Treatment Team meeting schedule.
Completing and entering resident inventories into Extended Reach
Complete and update resident profile sheets, call log information, and triggers binder.
Online school registration, enrollment in school food program, and withdrawing residents from school.
Ensure daily the safety and cleanliness of all areas of the program. Adhere to all regulations and standards necessary to meet licensing and accreditation compliance.
Complete at least 50 in-service training hours annually in childcare services, excluding first aid and orientation.
Maintain resident records.

Enrollment in PALS, Summer Earn and Learn (SEAL), and driver's education courses.
Obtaining birth certificates, identification cards, and social security cards

Administer medication and keep accurate records.
Meeting the Campus Census Requirements (48-hour time window to fill upcoming vacancies)
Psychiatric and Medical Hospitalizations (all steps of the process)
Assist with meeting deadlines as required per our multiple contracts (DFPS, OCOK, Family Tapestry, 2INgage, Post Adoption), CARF, Minimum Standards, and YFT
Assist with training and training preparation as it pertains with/to your area of expertise.
Maintain a harmonious working environment conducive to the policies, standards, and procedures of Guardian Angels.
Participation in the Performance Appraisal process includes reviewing your Job Description and completing job responsibilities.

The Case Aide reports to the Childcare Administrator, the Clinical Director, and the Case Manager.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or an associate degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in residential treatment
Knowledge of minimum licensing standards
Must work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
Three days as a Case aide and two days as Direct care staff
Must be on call seven days a week. (Except on off days)
