Job Title: Budtender/Cannabis Consultant

Job Description:
As a budtender, you are the face of the dispensary, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every client. Your role involves a combination of customer interaction, product knowledge, and compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Listen to their needs, answer questions, and provide guidance on product selection based on their preferences and desired effects.

2. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods. Have a deep understanding of the effects, potency, and medicinal properties of various products to educate customers effectively.

3. Sales: Make product recommendations and upsell when appropriate. Utilize your knowledge to suggest complementary products and accessories to enhance the customer's experience.

4. Compliance: Adhere to all state and local regulations governing the sale of cannabis products. Verify customers' age and ensure compliance with purchasing limits and other legal requirements.

5. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks such as restocking shelves, organizing products, and tracking inventory levels. Notify management of low stock or popular items to reorder.

6. Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the dispensary's point-of-sale system. Handle cash and electronic payments securely, following proper procedures to prevent discrepancies.

7. Safety and Security: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols. Ensure the security of the dispensary by following security procedures and monitoring customer activity.

Qualifications:
