We are currently seeking a Junior Marketing Designer located in the Denver metropolitan area with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and a keen interest in marketing coupled with a strong design acumen. Any background in social media marketing would be advantageous. The successful candidate will become a valuable member of our experienced design and engineering team, which is based in the United States. This team includes our Executive Director of Design & Innovation, Global Creative Director, Industrial Design Director, and Design Engineering Manager. The role involves supporting the design team under our Global Creative Director, offering creative design solutions for the continuous evolution of the Asquan brand, and providing additional support for in-house innovation initiatives and presentations tailored to clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a cross-functional collaborator supporting the creative team in a wide variety of projects for in-house and client-facing deliverables.
• Execute digital design needs for social media, web, and marketing communications.
• Support in project needs for presentations creation.
• Brainstorm and develop factory-ready artwork for manufactured packaging collections.
• Execute seamless post-editing for 3D renderings used for presentation and marketing communication purposes.
• Work directly with design directors to create high-level layouts and imagery.
• Take creative ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring continuous inspiration and enthusiasm throughout the entire process.
• Ability to rapidly adjust to a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate in in-depth brainstorm sessions.
• Generate innovative ideas by staying informed about trends in design, beauty, fashion and packaging, consistently providing fresh perspectives.
• Maintain and help evolve the Asquan Group brand across multiple platforms. 
• Seamless communication across global teams, including those in Europe and Asia.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the Denver, CO or surrounding areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field is preferred but not required, as equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Marketing Designer.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a compelling portfolio.
• In-depth understanding of Social Media platforms.
• Strong understanding of color theory and composition principles.
• Impeccable focus in typography and layout.
• Experience in the beauty industry or related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign skills.
• After Effects knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of manufacturing a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same time while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly and collaborative mindset.
