Melody's Macarons has opened a second location in Grapevine Mills Mall located in Grapevine, Texas. We are searching for cashiers/sales associates who will greet our customers with energy and enthusiasm, educate customers on Melody's Macarons flavors, fill and serve orders with accuracy, and keep our customers walking away with a smile. 

We are seeking an experienced Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing payments, and assisting customers with their purchases. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their customer service and sales skills. 

Job Duties: 

Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm Maintain an excellent working attitude toward customers, responsibilities, and peers 

Educate customers on Melody’s Macarons products and flavors Fill and serve orders with accuracy 

Assist in filling macaron shells 

Maintains proper uniform appearance, hygiene, and sanitation standards 

Maintain store cleanliness 

Ensures the front of house is always clean and free from trash/debris 

Ensures display cases, packaging, and drink coolers are stocked 

Ensure the bathroom is clean 

Assist in washing dishes 

Cash Register (POS) Responsibilities 

Understands daily Point of Sale responsibilities 

Working understanding of currencies accepted 

Maintain a positive and friendly attitude during transactions 

Understands and explains all current promotions to customers 

Job Requirements: 

Customer service skills 

Positive attitude 

Written and oral communication skills 

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment 

Must be able to lift 30 lbs.  

Standing for most of shift 

Must wear gloves when handling macarons 

Food safety requirements: 

Beard net/Hair Tie 

Must obtain food handlers license within 7 days of start (At the expense of Melody’s Macarons) 

Willingness to learn macaron filling preparation 

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal 

Salary: 

From $11-$13 per hour plus tips

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
