The Law Office of David Valdez Jr. is a Consumer Advocacy Law Firm focused on representing victims of Solar Panel Fraud and Car Dealer Fraud throughout California. Customized client representation and employee lifestyle are prioritized over case volume and billable hours. 

We are looking for a full-time on-site Associate Attorney (with eligibility for remote work), with up to five years of experience, to handle all aspects of Solar Panel Fraud cases primarily, as well as Car Dealer Fraud cases. This includes client interviews, consultations, intake, prelitigation investigations, drafting pleadings, discovery, law and motion, court appearances, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations. We have low billable hour requirements and a high expectation of dedication to our clients. There is eligibility for remote work following the initial training period.  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to California State Bar
• Spanish-speaking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and skillful time-management
• Interest in S.T.E.M. (education and/or experience is preferred)

Compensation

$80,000 - $100,000 depending on qualifications
