Beverly Hills office is seeking an efficient, self-starter individual with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. This person must be smart, friendly, honest, reliable, organized and detail-oriented. Computer literacy, proficiency with the web, and various computer applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel) are a must. Candidates MUST have a professional demeanor and prior work experience in the medical field. Experience with gastroenterology terminology and procedures are a major plus.
This position works very closely with patients, therefore, candidates should have the essential skills to exercise good judgment, and demonstrate professionalism in patient interaction both in person and on the telephone.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and make patients feel welcomed in our office
-Screen incoming phone calls, schedule appointments and confirm appointments
-Enter and update patient information into our electronic medical records database
-Turn around/prepare/clean exam rooms for each patient visit
-Take patient vital signs for each appointment when needed
-Other administrative duties such as copying, faxing, scanning
-Provide excellent patient care by all means necessary
