Responsibilities:
- Perform bicycle maintenance and repairs, including brake repair and other mechanical services
- Use hand tools and specialized equipment to diagnose and fix issues with bicycles
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of bicycle systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
