4Points is a provider of Wilderness Medicine courses and Professional Guide services. We are looking for individuals with experience in either the outdoors or working with teens and kids as part of our summer trip staff. Experience working with people is a MUST. You need to be responsible, self-motivated, able to work with others as part of a team, and able to take direction on a regular basis. We provide in-house training and some certifications including lifeguard, ROPES course facilitator, and trip guide. 

Our pay is very competetive but we do not offer any housing options. We do partner with a summer camp in Ojai, CA that provides housing and we could assist the right individuals to find employment with the camp; that would include both meals and housing, plus opportunities to help with trip guide work as part of their camp responsibilities.
