National Convention Service Contractor is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Exhibitor Services, handle customer orders and inquiries, process payments and travel to trade shows.
Essential job duties:
-Respond to customer phone calls and emails promptly and in a friendly and professional manner
-Work in online ordering system to process orders
-Travel to show site nationwide as scheduled
-Perform show site Exhibitor Service Desk functions
-Complete all show closing functions both onsite and in-house
Minimum Job Requirements:
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
-Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft including Outlook, Word and Excel
-InDesign experience a plus
-Willingness to travel and work over time as required
-Must have reliable transportation and pass a background check
