Assistant will take care of the back and forth with the customer about color selection, helping
them with the process and making sure color is chosen before the start of the project. Prepare customer for painting process through emails in Customer Relationship Software(Client Tether).
* Payment Collection.
Act on getting that payment as fast as possible and record it
in CRM.
* Review Collection.
Reviews are key, nowadays, most customers rely on public reviews to make their final decision
on hiring services. It Is important to have our customers leave feedback on their experience,
that makes our service better and encourage potential buyers to go with our services and not
our competitor’s. Ensure communication results in 5 – Five Star Reviews Every Month
* Manage Scheduling Software
Record All Color Information and Important Project Details in the Scheduling Software to ensure accuracy in all painting projects.
```Qualifications```
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Excellent project coordination skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Bi-Lingual is a plus
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette
